Custom Timing Belts
Customized orders are developed by altering the material, dimensions, design, adding features and/or performing secondary operations. Some of the more frequent customization requests are:
- Pitch alterations
- Features/Lugs (one side or both sides)
- Hole punching
- Dual Durometer
- Urethane type
- Reinforcement type
- Anti-static
- Surface finish
- Specific locations of teeth and/or features
- Long length, open-ended belts
- Teeth on both sides
- Belt width
- Surface grinding
- High friction silicone coating on backside
Specialty Flat Belts
Specialty Flat Belts are customized through material choice, secondary operation, dimensions or design. Custom features include:
- Endless design for longer life (Bale Wrapping Belts)
- Custom punching of holes and other shapes
- Grinding
- Dual Durometer
- Backside features including ribs and tracking guides. In the case of molded polyurethane belts, these features can be integrally molded into the belt.
