Feed Rollers
Fenner Precision Feed Rollers are available in a range of hardness (usually from 35 to 65 Shore A Durometer) and can be made in antistatic constructions.
Feed Rollers can be a solid or segmented design and move paper or film media through the equipment in a specific timed and location controlled manner.
Fenner Precision has developed material formulations in with high COF ratings in the 2.0 to 2.5 range in cast polyurethanes. Several formulations are available with a various range of coefficient of friction. They have both high wear resistance as well as exceptional feeding capabilities against a wide variety of paper weights and surface high gloss textures. Fenner Precision has also developed self cleaning micro-cellular Feed Rollers and Feed Tires material formulations. Some of these formulations are for general position use while others have been developed for maximum life and are position specific as to either nudger, feed, or retard positions.
Fenner Precision's quality-controlled manufacturing process ensures rollers are properly processed to prevent chemical leaching and damage to processed or finished media.
