Transfer Rollers
A Transfer Roller moves the desired image from the photo-receptor drum to the paper.
Fenner Precision Transfer Rollers are made with an electrically conductive polymer on a vacuum drum with over 500 laser drilled holes. They have the following technical properties:
- PU is molded on thin flexible Ni metal sleeve & parts ground to mirror finish. A special coating is applied & then are polished to achieve Ra & Rz <1micron. Run out very tight.
- Antistatic PU, hardness is 60SA, bonding PU to Ni is key.
