The liquid cast process is based upon metering and mixing liquid polymers to create elastomers. Fenner Precision uses automatic metering and dispensing machines to ensure consistent physical properties. Liquid raw materials are easily mixed for homogeneous parts. The premium physical properties are available in liquid cast elastomers, which is the key differentiator when compared to rubber materials.

We offer engineered silicone elastomers with high-temperature resistance, Solvent resistance, Thermally conductive and, Electrically conductive. Fenner Precision is a member of the Polyurethane Manufacturing Association and follows the standards established by the Rubber Manufacturers Association.
