- The advantage of using a silicone heater pad is its flexibility and ability to conform to complex shapes.
- Silicone has excellent ozone and weather resistance.
- Silicone is an excellent electrical insulator however it is a good heat conductor.
- Silicone has a wide continuous operating temperature range - 40°C to 230°C with intermittent usage up to 300°C.
- UL 94 V0 and UL94 V1 grades available and low smoke low toxicity grades available.
- High temperature UL approved and UL94 HB flame resistant grade available.
