• Liner delamination can occur if:
  • Liner shelf life has expired
  • Little or no refrigerated storage
  • Moisture of condensation on liner
  • Time/temperature/pressure relationship incorrect
  • Surfaces contaminated with oil, grease, water etc.
  • Insufficient bonding adhesive
  • Adhesive bond broken during the forming process

• Premature wear can occur if:
  • Speeds are too high
  • Pressures are too high
  • PV ratio is too high
  • Temperature too high
  • Contaminants present
  • Poor bond strength
  • Mating surface too soft
  • Mating surface too rough

• Liner squeaking can occur if:
  • Too much resin has flowed to the surface of the liner
  • The mating surface is rough
  • Contaminant present
